(Nasdaq:TRLG) today announced it has signed a licensing agreement with InGear Swimwear, LLC for its original, highly anticipated line of swimwear for women, men, and boys and girls. InGear will design, produce, and distribute True Religion branded swimwear at department stores and specialty stores nationwide and begin shipping to retailers for November 2007.

With more than 17 years of experience in swimwear and related apparel, InGear is one of the largest suppliers of swim, resort and casual lifestyle fashions in the United States and abroad. In anticipation of the swimwear launch, InGear will unveil True Religion Brand Swim in July 2007 at the Swimwear Association of Florida Swim Show at the Miami Beach Convention Center. In addition, on July 12th, the True Religion Swim Collection will showcase at the IMG Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week at the Raleigh Hotel, Miami Beach. True Religion Apparel, Inc. (Nasdaq:TRLG) is proud to announce that it has signed a licensing agreement with Jacobs & Leslie Hsu Designs LLC, a leading designer and distributor of high-end handbags and small leather goods, to manufacture and sell True Religion branded handbags worldwide. The new handbag line will launch at the Project Show in Las Vegas in August 2007 and will begin shipping to retailers for Spring 2008.

Hsu Designs partner Leslie Hsu previously designed for brands Calvin Klein and Tahari, and recently licensed and launched UGG Australia(R) handbags, which have been featured at Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Barney's, Henri Bendel and other premium retailers. "We were impressed with Leslie's wide range of work and creative ability to embrace my vision and direction," said Jeffrey Lubell, chairman and chief executive officer. "Her distinctive designs feature the most exquisite and exotic materials.      New York, NY – Junior’s fashion brand Hydraulic has signed a licensing deal with New York-based Amerex Group LLC.  Steve Brandis, President of Hydraulic, and Ira Ganger, Amerex’s CEO, made the announcement.  

Under the license, Amerex will produce junior and girls’ outerwear under the Hydraulic label.  The Hydraulic outerwear collections will debut at retail for Fall 2007.

 “The Hydraulic brand has been built on amazing cut, styling and finishes. We’ve been watching the growth of this brand over the past two years and feel it’s destined to be the next big junior brand to emerge at retail. To us, one of the most interesting parts is Hydraulic’s large crossover appeal from junior to contemporary, which also translates very well to the teen market,” says Ganger.

(Nasdaq:TRLG) today announced it has signed its first-ever licensing agreements for True Religion Brand Jeans branded lifestyle products including footwear, headwear, scarves, and gloves further diversifying its product mix and extending the reach of its brand into a broader lifestyle collection.

Under an exclusive agreement, GMI Corporation has licensed the worldwide rights to manufacture and sell True Religion branded men's and women's shoes, sneakers and boots, as well as sandals in both adult and children's sizes. GMI, based in Italy, is the current licensee for Levi's-branded footwear, and has earned a stellar reputation, spanning more than 40 years with top-selling apparel industry veterans, for quality, tailor-made shoes. Distributing throughout Europe, Asia-Pacific and the United States, GMI plans to launch the True Religion Brand Jeans footwear line at the WSA footwear and MAGIC apparel shows in Las Vegas in February 2007 and is expected to begin shipping to retailers in the fall of 2007.
