Top Junior brand Angels So Sweet has announced the addition of Adjmi Apparel Group to its licensing program. Under the licensing agreement, Adjmi Apparel will be licensee for juniors and girls knit and woven tops, sweaters, active wear, and knit bottoms. The addition of Adjmi Apparel will expand Angels’ current product reach, which in addition to the core business of jeans includes handbags, intimates and sleepwear, and footwear.

In making the announcement, Carl Eckhaus, Angels So Sweet President, said “The addition of Adjmi Apparel Group will greatly expand the reach of the Angels brand. We are excited by Adjmi Apparel’s enthusiasm for the Angels brand, look forward to introducing such a wide variety of new products to the Angels consumer.” The new products will debut in time for the Back to School 2008 season, and will be distributed at the mid-tier and department store retailers at which Angels dominates as a jeans brand. Angels So Sweet is the leading wholesale denim line in the Junior moderate market, with over $100 million in annual sales. The ten-year-old line is focused on the young junior customer, and also does a significant business in girls.
