Kersh Expands Licensing Program with Addition of Adorable Lingerie as Sleepwear Licensee

NEW YORK and VANCOUVER, British Columbia, June 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Top contemporary style brand Kersh today announced the addition of Adorable Lingerie to its expanding licensing program, adding ladies sleepwear to its well-established line of contemporary knit tops and licensed handbags.

"The addition of Adorable Lingerie will greatly expand the reach of the Kersh brand," said Sandy Dombroski, Kersh's sales and marketing director, in making the announcement. "We are excited by Adorable Lingerie's enthusiasm for the Kersh brand, and we look forward to introducing a wide variety of new products to the Kersh consumer."

The new sleepwear products will debut at MAGIC in August 2010 and will be distributed throughout the United States, Canada and Europe through mid-tier department store retailers and specialty stores.

"We are all very excited about Adorable Lingerie joining forces with the Kersh brand," added Judi Seidman, president of InGroup Licensing, which facilitated the agreement. "Both of these companies are led by creativity and unparalleled design to deliver beautiful and affordable products that cater to their customers' desires for style and quality."

Kersh is a division of International Fashions, a Vancouver-based manufacturer and distributor of high-quality, critically acclaimed fashions for more than 35 years. The Kersh style is laid back, sexy, cool West coast with a natural feel, which has grown into an $80 million a year brand in just five years.

Adorable Lingerie of Montreal has been designing sleepwear for more than 40 years and aspires to a higher level of openness, imagination and charm. The company has become one of Canada's largest apparel manufacturers with a talented team of creative designers.
